Lexington

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Washington Irving's spooky Halloween classic, is presented with all the thrills, chills and laughs that keep young audiences on the edge of their seats.
"Thrills
and Chills and Lots of Laughs!"
Lexington Children's Theatre,
KY - Jonesborough Repertory Theatre, TN
A cast of three actors does it all! They tell Washington Irving's story - from Ichabod's courtship with Katrina to the inevitable frightening conclusion!
"A
delightful show that packed the house.'
Jonesborough Repertory
Theatre, TN - Lexington Children's Theatre, KY
The storybook tale revolves around the famous characters--the bumbling, awkward school teacher, Ichabod Crane, the coquettish Katrina and Ichabod's brutish rival, Brom Bones.
The retelling by Kathryn Schultz Miller is a delightful, fast-paced story with plenty of twists and turns. Along the way, audiences will visit a tavern, schoolhouse, singing lesson, farmhouse, marketplace and a scary walk through a covered bridge. As Miller reminds us, this is a friendly play, not to be taken too seriously. Be prepared for a fun evening!

The Ride of the Headless
Horseman! - Full of Thrills & Laughs!
"The script is written for stage but we have a great back drop at the Old Mill," says Broadway RFD Director Tyler Johnson. "The outdoor setting and the live horse really make it unique to what you'd find in a theater. It's fun around Halloween because its spooky but not scary, and it's novel because it's not what you'd normally get in a sit-down show."
Broadway RFD at Old Mill Museum, Dundee, MIThe Headless Horseman will - literally - ride through town.
