Time to Celebrate Amazing Performances!
A THOUSAND CRANES
HERITAGE
CELEBRATION! Silver Stage Players and Great Basin College (Elko, NV)
partner in this production of ArtReach's A THOUSAND CRANES. Oh my,
what wonderful pictures. So proud to be a part of this amazing event
at Humanities Center at Great Basin College. (Asian/Pacific American
Heritage Month. Events include ArtReach's A THOUSAND CRANES, K-12
classroom readings, Japanese taiko drumming, Origami and a panel
discussion on the Japanese-American Internment experience. Crane
making will happen throughout the community and before each
performance to create at least one mobile from 2000 Origami cranes.
